Return & Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only processed for cancellations that fall within our approved cancellation window.
- Any incidental charges or services already consumed during the stay are non-refundable.
- Security deposits for full property bookings are refunded within 24 hours of check-out after damage inspection.

Refund Timeline
- Once a refund is approved, the amount is initiated within 48 hours from our end.
- It usually takes 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method.

Mode of Payment
- All refunds will be credited back only to the original mode of payment used during the booking.
- Cash refunds are not provided for online or card transactions.
