Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeline
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to the check-in date: 100% Refund.
- Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days prior to check-in: 50% Refund.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in date: No Refund.

No-Show Policy
- In case a guest fails to show up on the day of check-in, the entire booking amount will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Modifications & Date Changes
- Any request for change of dates is subject to room availability and may involve a change in tariff as per the new dates.
- Rescheduling must be requested at least 5 days in advance.
